Who should see a doctor before taking Horsemen?
Horsemen is a dietary supplement for energy, vitality and stamina support. It is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, heart disease or any other condition, and it does not replace a medicine you take.

- Low energy is new, severe or lasting. Tiredness can come from thyroid problems, low iron, poor sleep, low mood or other medical causes (MedlinePlus on fatigue).
- You take diabetes medicine. Bitter melon, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar in the blend may lower blood sugar and add to the effect of insulin or tablets; low blood sugar can cause shakiness, sweating and confusion (MedlinePlus on low blood sugar).
- You take a blood thinner or hormone therapy, or have a hormone-sensitive condition. Tongkat ali may change hormone levels, and any new supplement should be checked against a blood thinner first (MedlinePlus on blood thinners).
- You have liver disease, or have had liver trouble with a supplement before. Garcinia cambogia has been linked to rare cases of serious liver injury (NCCIH).
What the label itself says. The caution panel reads: do not exceed the recommended dose; pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement; keep out of the reach of children; do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. The suggested use is one or two capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water, so two capsules is the most to take in a day.

If you notice yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, shakiness from low blood sugar, chest pain or a racing heartbeat, stop taking it and get medical help.
